Cancellation Policy


  • If the customer cancels the service BEFORE the arrival of a technician at their respective location, MavensCare or any vendor associated with MavensCare claims no cancellation fees (applicable on all services in case you have booked more than ONE service at a time).
  • If the customer cancels the service AFTER the arrival of a technician at their respective location, MavensCare claims the cancellation fees of Rs. 69/- (applicable on all services in case you have booked more than ONE service at a time).
  • It is recommended by the MavensCare and team, to cancel any booking for service before 90 minutes from the arrival of a technician to avoid the cancellation fees.
  • If service(s) is canceled due to any technical or physical problem from the MavensCare or appointed vendor’s side, no cancellation fees will be charged from the customer.


Refund Policy


  • The refund can be claimed by the customer in case of pre-paid bookings only.
  • Once our team receives the cancellation request generated by any customer, we will take 5-7 WORKING DAYS to initiate the refund (in case of PRE-PAID bookings only) and return the amount to the customer’s bank account.
